Just wanted to say a huge, and heartfelt thank you, to you and the guys, for such a fantastic job on my house. After such a horrendous experience, of flooding and having to move out of my home temporarily whilst it was being gutted and restored, and the worry and sadness of what I had lost, and concern over whether my house would look as nice again…..I can honestly say, I was totally impressed. In fact, I would even go as far as saying that it looked better than before! I simply cannot thank you guys enough, it means so much to me that my house looks so nice again.
I was very impressed with how well you all kept me informed, that you asked me to check things from time to time to make sure I was happy and that my opinion on what was being done, was respected at all times. Both you and your colleagues were always polite and friendly and made me feel at ease knowing you were working hard to restore my house. I have never known such a nice bunch of guys! I was also impressed (and grateful), on how fast you managed to get things completed and at no cost to workmanship either. The finish on everything was very good, and the house was left nice and tidy. In fact, tidiness was a great factor throughout your time at my property.
I simply cannot thank you enough!
