Testimonials

We welcome the opportunity to comment on Gary Fuller and his team. After a catastrophic flooding we had to vacate our house for months for Gary to fix. We have nothing but praise. Not only are Gary, George and his team a great bunch of human beings, but also a well tuned, harmonious team, with an excellent work ethic and standard. Their preparation, work and follow up was outstanding. Their communications spot on. We would never wish to experience last year’s annus horrible again, but our life was much improved by having Gary and his efficient team, with their pleasant demeanour and fastidious clean up style, on our case. Well done Team Fuller.  Signed: Wing Commander R J Woodroffe MBE

We really appreciate the effort that Gary and his hardworking, friendly, and reliable team put in to renovate our whole house, following a fire. Gary was on top of the whole project throughout, thinking ahead and making sure everything was covered. His knowledge and experience was really helpful, he provided useful advice and was patient, careful and attentive to detail, whilst also making sure that the repairs were completed as quickly as possible. Communication throughout was also excellent. Many thanks to all involved. Signed Jo

Dear Mr Fuller
Now that the work has finished, I write on behalf of the trustees and church leaders to thank you most sincerely, for the works done. We have had so many favourable comments without any adverse ones.
There are a number of things particularly; that I want to thank you for:
For a competitive and reasonable price for the works
For starting and finishing on time:
For your pleasant personality and willingness to please:
For satisfactory administration:
For the high standard of work done:
For the fair way you dealt with the cost variations:
All in all an excellent job.
Thank you very much
Yours sincerely

This letter is both a reference and an unqualified thank you to Gary Fuller of G J Fuller Builders Limited for the extraordinary renovation he and his team carried out this summer at Woodchurch Rd, West Hampstead, London.
A fire on Feb 2oth 2010 completely devastated the two storey 2,200 sq ft ground floor maisonette, and yet, over a period of only around four months, it was restored to a condition that was of a higher quality than ever before, both up to date its specifications and immaculate to the discerning eye.
A new staircase, two new completely re-designed bathrooms, acres of pristine walls and ceilings, modern overhead lighting, a gleaming modern kitchen, a new central heating system, and new security, are just some of the features that grace the overall reconstruction.
But alongside the standard of finish, I must add the ease and professionalism with which the work was carried out. What initially seemed to be a mammoth and daunting task became a completely smooth and positive operation.
No problem was too difficult to overcome and any change of direction on my behalf or from regular “family” advice was always greeted with complete accord and application, even after perhaps a raised eyebrow from Gary!
All in all, Gary and his boys were a joy to work with, made the whole journey actually most enjoyable and I have ended up with my version of a mansion
I would heartily recommend them for any future building project whatsoever
Best wishes

G J Fuller has undertaken a number of my projects over the last few years and the works have always been completed to a very high standard. The quality of the work and the skills of the personnel on site are second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending GJ Fuller for future works.

GJ Fuller has worked on a number of my high-profiled jobs as they understand the importance of close management and attention to detail which is required for these high-value projects. The management team and personnel on site have excellent communication skills and are always willing to help and I personally feel their organisation is extremely professional in their approach to their work.

I have worked with G J Fuller for several years on fire, water and impact damage refurbishment projects for insurance purposes, and on all these projects, I have always found them to be polite, courteous, and respectful of the policyholder’s needs and requirements. G J Fuller are always willing to go the extra mile to facilitate the smooth running of the project, with the minimum of fuss and disturbance to the client, to complete the works on time and to a good quality. I would have no objections to recommending them to others.

Just wanted to say a huge, and heartfelt thank you, to you and the guys, for such a fantastic job on my house. After such a horrendous experience, of flooding and having to move out of my home temporarily whilst it was being gutted and restored, and the worry and sadness of what I had lost, and concern over whether my house would look as nice again…..I can honestly say, I was totally impressed. In fact, I would even go as far as saying that it looked better than before! I simply cannot thank you guys enough, it means so much to me that my house looks so nice again.
I was very impressed with how well you all kept me informed, that you asked me to check things from time to time to make sure I was happy and that my opinion on what was being done, was respected at all times. Both you and your colleagues were always polite and friendly and made me feel at ease knowing you were working hard to restore my house. I have never known such a nice bunch of guys! I was also impressed (and grateful), on how fast you managed to get things completed and at no cost to workmanship either. The finish on everything was very good, and the house was left nice and tidy. In fact, tidiness was a great factor throughout your time at my property.
I simply cannot thank you enough!
All the best

Many thanks for your help and advice regarding my flat repairs.
I am very happy that the works were completed in time resulting in all residents getting back to normal! I am now renting my flat but would have no hesitation in using your firm again in the future.
Kind regards

Once again we are grateful for the quality of work and service that you provided on this occasion.

Once again we are grateful for the quality of work and service that Gary, George & team provided on this occasion. Lovely guys and a pleasure to do business with.

Thanks

Gary and the team were involved in the partial rebuild and both interior and exterior work to our house after major fire & smoke damage. They did an excellent job in challenging times (ie. Covid). Throughout the work we were kept fully informed, and involved in choices (e.g. paint, tiling, flooring), and when the occasional issue arose, options and alternatives were discussed. The team throughout were professional, friendly, competent and hard-working. Work was completed on a tight schedule. We would recommend Gary and the team without hesitation.
